This Contemporary Dance workshop will be a combination of contemporary dance techniques, and dance improvisation.
The technique class will include basics from Modern dance, Ballet, and Contemporary floor work, ending with a short choreography. In the second half of the session, we will be using improvisation games as tools to explore our own movements.
We will work towards exploring, listening and understanding the different ways our body can move, as well as being able to create movements using simple motifs.
