The Authenticity Project.
Artist / performer / instructor
Alina & Anshruta.
Ever catch yourself nodding along to a conversation you don’t care about, saying “I’m good!” when you’re utterly drained, or curating every sentence just to fit in?
Join us for The Authenticity Project – an interactive workshop exploring why we wear social masks, laughing at our everyday coping quirks, and learning how to drop the performance without making things awkward.
Led by Alina Tambuwala and Anshruta Deepkumar, this isn’t intense group therapy or a rigid lecture. It’s an engaging, judgment-free space designed to help you reconnect with what’s real.
What to expect: Fun, low-stakes activities, relatable insights into human behavior, zero forced sharing and practical tools to protect your social energy.
Anshruta and Alina are both psychologists who aim to create warm, meaningful spaces where people can come together, share, feel seen, heard and held, and simply be themselves.
They are passionate about helping people understand and attune to their inner worlds, so they can grow emotionally, personally and relationally.
